Converts the Prospector Saloon's back room into a room available for rent by the player.

Goodsprings Rented Room converts the small shed attached to the back of the Prospector Saloon into a room available for rent by the player, similar to inns from Oblivion. If you have at least 50 caps, you can speak to Trudy to rent it for the day, complete with vanilla-voiced dialogue.*
Upon completing Ghost Town Gunfight or Run Goodsprings Run, the room will be fully turned over to the player. All items and containers in it will become player-owned and the doors will remain unlocked indefinitely (this will also happen retroactively).
*The option to rent it will appear after speaking to her for the first time. Dialogue topic linking weirdness I don't want to deal with.
