The new version fixes the truck ownership. The door I couldn't replicate, but I tried to bolster the script a bit more to ensure it will unlock. I went ahead and made it retroactively acknowledge the quest completion, too, so you should be good to go on the same save, it just might take a few seconds for the quest script to do it.
It's working as intended now, I think the door was actually an issue with my Navmesh patch. Love the mod by the way, this is now my favorite player housing mod.
I've already got a favorite GS dwelling. But this is one of those additions which really should've been in the game from the start. Sure - you can sleep in Victor's shack. But it would be a logical thing for the saloon to cater for a weary traveller in more than one way. Like when renting a room In Novac. Or a matress at the Grub'n Gulp etc. Endorsed because I really like the idea. Going to check it out. Seen it in-game now. It's a keeper

Also, I noticed the Toy Truck under the shelf remains as a stealable object after obtaining the key.
