Adds Mirelurks and optional Nukalurks (Wild Wastland only) into the Mojave and optional Lakelurks into Point Lookout

Inspired from MutantMods How CREATURES Should've Been in Fallout New Vegas (Lore-Friendly Mods) using a mod that adds Mirelurks into the Mojave and my (failing since there are just to many good mods) desire to keep my load order as small as possible I decided to see if I can't make an espless integration of Mirelurks.

While making this I noticed an mod that adds Lakelurks to Point Lookout and also that the basegame features the Nukalurk code so I decided to integrate those too.

At its basis this mod only adds Mirelurks.
-To add Lakelurks to Point Lookout remove the ';' infront of the TTW LListAddForm line to uncomment it (I decided to comment the line since not everyone who wants Mirelurks in the Mojave also wants Lakelurks in Point Lookout)
-To add Nukalurks download the gl_ version from Optional, Nukalurks will only spawn if the player has 'Wild Wastland' and needs one reload after taking the trait since otherwise the game will not know if the player has the trait or not. (still needs the main-file for the buffs, faction-edits, etc. -> no mainfile = Nukalurks and Lakelurks fight each other)

This mod buffs Mirelurks and Mirelurk Hunters (And there Nukalurk variants) if TTW is not loaded:
-Mirelurks use the Mirelurk dataset for attacks instead of the Gecko one (also done by TTW)
-slight damage buff
 -Mirelurks slightly weaker than Lakelurks
 -Mirelurk Hunters slightly stronger than Lakelurks but still weaker than Lakelurk Kings
-Fatique increase acording to TTW
-No Karma-loss for killing
-Slightly faster to compensate for the Lakelurks sonic scream

Regardless if TTW is loaded or not this mod also:
-updates factions to reflect the Lakelurk one and prevent fighting between them
-Lakelurks have slightly higher chance to spawn meat (40 instead to 10%) to compensate for the smaller chance to spawn (will interfere with other mods that increase the chances, just comment out the line if you want the other mod to do its thing)

IMPORTEND: The game does not come with textures for Mirelurks so here are some legal ways to get them:
1. Extract from Fallout 3 bsa (which I expect you have gotten legaly and should work regardless of if Fallout 3 is censored or uncut):
 - get an bsa extractor/browser
 - open the textures bsa
 - textures\creatures\mirelurk and textures\creatures\mirelurkhatchling and extract all .dds files from these ordners.
2. Use TTW.
3. Download Mirelurk 2K by Phlunder: It is an Fallout 3 mod but since it is only textures there should be no problem.
3. Download Mirelurks of the Mojave by Charmareian and hide/delete the esp: It literally comes with the textures of the above mod.
