I think you could just condense these down to one file. You can add IsModLoaded checks for Honest Hearts and Old World Blues. Or you could also use KEYWORDS to create a list instead and loop through it.
Also you should list JohnnyGuitar and JIP LN as requirements. Script runner is a JIP feature, and since you use Editor IDs the scripts will fail without JohnnyGuitar.
