FO3-Style VATS
Description: New Vegas nerfs VATS in several ways that I feel spoils much of the feature’s practicality and violent spectacle, diluting one of the few faithful elements of the 3D Fallouts. This mod copies Fallout 3's VATS properties exactly, such as increased critical chance, accuracy, damage resistance, and weapon degradation while using VATS.
Do note that these baseline tweaks with FNV's power progression compound very quickly, I recommend you combine them with other mods that increase spawns or combat difficulty.
