I really wanted to play with a mod that will make leveling Speech not in 5-point increments actually useful and a mod that brings New Vegas closer to the system that is used in Fallout (1998) and Fallout 2. I'm neither experienced enough nor want to spend all my time to rewrite an already existing mod by hand, so it's a patch to an already existing great mod.
Highly recommended to use No Skill Tags in lStewieAl's Tweaks for that true old-school rpg feel where you don't know whether a dialogue choice is the correct one
This patch may not be ideal and may still leave out very rare YUP fixes. Let me know if that happens.
