Mlix is actually a human companion from A World Of Pain. She looks like a robot in the print-screen because she is wearing Droid Armor.
There are two armors in AWOP Monster Patch that makes you or a companion looks like a robot: Droid Armor and Trooper Droid Armor.
You can find both armors in the Repcon HQ Robot Lab: the Droid Armor is equipped by a neutral NPC in the lab (who turns hostile if you attack other robots without sneaking), and the Trooper Droid Armor can be found inside some RUMBLE chests.
