Brings some life to the 188 Trading Post.
Clutters the place with a lot of details, including few lights. You won't miss the Gun Runners anymore. Makes the place more appealing. Edits most of the AI Packages so NPCs will act more lively, including Veronica (she's now allowed to move around). Adds some Idle Markers and Furnitures all over the place (Honest Hearts required because of that). Gives Ezekiel a proper place to wait for the player (Lively Ezekiel is included). Recommended to be used with YUP, but not necessary. Enables the 2nd (night time) Gun Runner guard.
No direct NPC edits, only one new creature: the dog and restores the 2nd Gun Runner guard (you can use provided INI file to enables more cut NPCs.) Performance optimizations with occlusion planes and multibounds here and there (could have bad results with mods trying to do the same) No navmeshes edits, Clutter should'nt be on the way of any NPC. Among other things.
Via INI file you can choose to remove extra fancy decorations or to enable them only after reaching the Lucky 38, to simulate evolutive mode.
COMPATIBILITY: When using Outside Bets (or any other mod restoring cut NPCs), you should disable the cut NPCs from the INI file and load Outside Bets plugin after Lively 188.
