This is a replacer for theHatInTheCat's 188 Trading Post Overhaul, which fixes all deleted references and navmeshes, as well as minor errors in the navmesh, and also flags the mod as an ESM so that the navmeshes work properly.

Since the Trading Post is an exterior location, I used Improved AI (Navmesh Overhaul Mod) as a basis, though I stripped the master out afterwards so that no one is forced to use it. Although there's no reason not to.

Also, why only use one overhaul when you can use two?! To facilitate that, I've included a patch for Lively 188, which adds even more life to the Trading Post. I've deleted a bit of trash and clutter here and there, but otherwise most of the mod's changes are still intact.


Conflicts:

YUP: Without my patch, the Forecaster ends up having two beds, one of which is placed badly. So, not a huge issue, but visually ugly.

Uncut Wasteland and Outside Bets: Just load them before this mod. All they do is add NPCs, some of whom are also added by this mod, just differently. And the markers they set as persistent aren't actually referenced by anything, so I see no point in making a patch for them. I only forwarded some vanilla marker placements that wouldn't have been aligned properly.

New Vegas Landscape Overhaul Re-Remastered + Enhanced Landscapes for NVLO: Doesn't cause any issues as far as I can see.

Special Delivery - Vault 54: The navmeshes don't work properly without the patch provided, as it places a building close to the Trading Post. But I also wouldn't recommend using the mod until its creator fixes the deleted navmeshes and, more importantly, the broken vanilla follower dialogue.

Other mods that make major changes to the 188 Trading Post will also be incompatible!
