    If you want to be able to see lights from farther away, e.g. see the Vault 21 lights from The Strip entrance you can add the following line under [Display] in your falloutcustom.ini
    fLightLODRange=50000.0

    I dunno why but it's way too bright in my game. I tried turning off a few mods that I think might caused it, but still can't find the cause, turned off ReShade as well, still nothing.
    I have a big load order so I really can't just "test' them one by one until I found the problem, so is there any way to lower the "glow"?
    PS: I don't use ENB and/or NV Reloaded

      no, not really. have to do it for each light individually in xedit.
      maybe you have some mod that changes light globally, like dynavision or something

      Thanks for answering. After doing bunch of things, shuffling load orders, changing settings, etc--- I'm still not 100% sure, but it's likely that the issue was caused by Desert Natural Weathers not being in the dead last of the load order, after moving this one, the issue are fixed on my end.
      It might be the main cause, or maybe just part of the reason/wonky mod combinations causing the brightness issue; But hopefully this might help future troubleshooters, even if it's just a little.

      “always read the mod description” is a good practice to follow

      Hey, I'm facing the same problem. Could you advise me what to do? I have Desert Natural Weathers pretty high up in priority. Whether I put Afterglow above or below priority in the list, I have the same brightness issue. What should I do?

    Weirdly...the sign at the salloon no longer emmits light onto the ground. It is now better colored lighting...but the emittance into the environment seems lower now.

      It looks better now imho. I mean the light was so bright before that even during the day youi could see the light on the ground clearly

    Have you thought about making a patch for Tammer's Vlad and Roxxi's stores?

    A very nice and atmospheric mod, but unfortunately, when used together with The Great Mojave Interior Overhaul and Nova Arizona - A Legion Lands Expansion, it causes problems with lighting.
    Maybe there are some recommendations to solve this?
    Do I need to make a patch by reducing the brightness of these objects?

      for interiors, i'd advise for The N.V. Interiors Project and NV Interiors Remastered
      i'll check the arizona mod at some point and see what can be done

      Thank you, as I see with the new updates this problem has been solved.
      Previously I was forced to remove nif for Mojave Express sign.

    For some reason my game looks nothing like the screenshots. This is what it looks like for me. No glowing neon signs whatsoever. Everything is dark. Am I doing something wrong?

      I'd suggest to use desert natural weathers + neutral weathers and lightbright for the extra neon signs. also check Strip Cinematic Lighting Overhaul

    Does this mod add lights to the top restored neon light of the Tops (pun intended) from mod The Tops Casino - E3 Exterior Restored?
    Sorry I thought you're the author of the said mod as well my bad.

    This mod doesn't seem to work for me. I'm also usin general Lighting Overhaul but they recommend this mod to go with it so they should be compatible? Moving this one to come after GLO doesn't fix it either. My Primm lights look the same with this mod turned on or off.  Here is comparison of my game vs yours. Mine is one with character in it. I've tried with no GLO mod on as well just in case.

      Seems like it’s working. Otherwise the hotel sign in the back above the door won’t be lit.

      You mean the "lucky casino" wooden/metal sign? Maybe. It could be one of those situations where the mod becomes part of the save file so stuff looks the same with and without the .esp activated? I don't know if this mod works that way though. The mod author can say if that's the case maybe or someone else who has made mods for this game and gets how it works. EDIT: I see you are the mod author! Is that the case?

      Maybe the reason my game doesn't look like his is just down to not having the enhanced bloom and desert skies mods?

      You can add NVR and DNW + neutral weathers to get closer to that look

      Here it is with Desert Natural Weathers I think it's a big improvement! :) I can't see the New Vegas skyline when I face that way from this location like in your screenshot though. I've put this in falloutcustom.ini like your mod says to:

      [Display]
      fLightLODRange=50000.0

      Are you using other mods that extend view distance past the game's max limits?
