Sheesh, time really is an illusion. New version is up, removed the image space edits from the script when using Desert Natural Weathers; will need to make an ESP to solve that.  Been busy with another, much bigger mod. Check it out! Shuddup and SayThis

I also am re-branding this for other patches that will be made for Zion Trail.  In that spirit, I have added a patch for Functional Post Game Ending that moves the "Leave Mojave" marker further up north to accommodate for the added world leading up to the Zion Trail.

I'm open to suggestions for other patches as needed, however, Zion Trail doesn't add too much to the Mojave world space so its conflicts are fairly minimal, even when I use a "heavy" load order.

I find the imagespace portion of the DNWeathers part of this script isn't exactly sticking in all locations. I had heard that scripted patches for climates and weathers can sometimes fail; apparently the DNWeathers main page pulled their scripted climate patch for Sierra Madre Grand Entrance and replaced it with an ESP patch due to another error. Could this be related?

Any specific locations or ways to replicate this?  Any time that I query the imagespace for either of the updated Zion Trail worldspaces it shows I'm using the correct one.  I do see now on the DNWeathers page regarding the script change to an ESP to fix some issues, but I have yet to see any issues or incorrect imagespaces in my testing.

      How do I query imagespaces?

The command to get the image space for the current cell is:
      GetCellImageSpace (player.GetParentCell)
However, I have looked into this further and have found that you are correct.  The issue is that many of the cells also directly specify to use the "NVDefaultExterior" image space which overrides the image space set on the world when the cell is actually created in game. You can't change these in a script unless the cell actually exists, which makes sense.  What was also throwing me off was that a query will always return what the world space has set unless you have that cell loaded.  I had to actually travel to that spot first, then make the query.

So yea, for full Desert Natural Weather support it will need to be an ESP.  I will update the script to just remove the image space edits to avoid any sudden changes for when you enter a cell with an image space from one that doesn't. The climates still set world colors, add rain, etc., so you're not missing out on the best features at least.  The other weather mods don't set an image space.

As for making that ESP with those changes, I'll probably finish that over the next day or so.  There are a lot of cells in Zion Trail that specify an image space.

I was originally going to report back here that I was noticing that the imagespace was working in the unused cells outside of the trail, but I didn't want to come across as ignorant, so I wanted to test it myself first. I see you already came to the same conclusion, though. It's great that I was able to help this mod get better, thank you for your work.

Never heard of Zion Trail before. Thank you for bringing it to my attention. It sounds awesome. I'm downloading all the suggested add-on mods and I look forward to trying it in my next playthrough.

Glad to see another "tweak" for one of my all time favorite quest mods!!!  Just absofuckinglutely love it.  Hope your mod gets it more of the attention it deserves.
Also appreciate the heads-up on Yet Another Zion Trail Tweak - my only worry in playing Zion Trail was busting H-Hearts (though I never have), and that sounds like a winner to me!
Look forward to my next playthrough (with a couple of new mods), so thanks for your time and effort.  It is much appreciated!

Here's hoping this works with the combination of Atmospheres and Mojave Sky

Looks like Atmospheres is supported by default!  Atmospheres expands on the vanilla Honest Hearts climate directly, which this patch uses when you don't have Desert Natural Weathers or Nevada Skies installed.  So good to go there, and thanks for letting me know about this weather mod!

Mojave Sky only changes the default "NVDefaultClimate" climate it seems, which Zion Trail uses by default. So this patch will actually removes support in the Zion Trail world space for Mojave Sky as it makes no changes to the Honest Hearts climate or weathers.

If you are using both, then you will receive the Atmosphere climate changes.
