Architect (formerly superior mind)
Every 24 hours, you may explode the heads of those whose Intelligence is less than yours in a small radius around you. If their Intelligence is greater, your head will explode instead. Essential actors will have their head crippled and Fatigue damaged by 500 (default hotkey: Numpad5).
Jump to Conclusions
Shoot first, ask questions never! For every failed dialogue skill check, you gain 2% Equip Speed, Attack Speed, and Critical Chance for five seconds after leaving dialogue (up to 60%).
Kleptopainiac (formerly Kleptomaniac Punch)
Swiped from right under their (bloody) noses! When completely unarmed, you have a chance of stealing your opponent's equipped weapon. Stealing is guaranteed while undetected by your victim.
Turret Expert
Leave manual interfacing in the old world! Turret Expert allows you to spend all of your Action Points to manipulate nearby turrets from your Pip-Boy's Data tab (default hotkey: Numpad 4).
