What is this?
This mod is a plugin replacer for the well known Novac Overhaul mod by dragbody. While all his NPC overhauls are of unparalelled quality, the .esp plugins that are included in these mods are often cluttered with unnecessary stuff, balance changes to armor rating or NPC stats or even world edits that may conflict with other mods. And they're also few years old and not patched with YUP changes. If all you want from these mods are visual changes for NPCs and nothing else, you may find this mod suitable.
What I did was: 1. Forwarded Yukichigai Unofficial Patch changes. 2. Added non-playable flag to Bruce Isaac's unique clothes. 3. New races and eyes that the overhauled NPCs use will no longer show in your character creation menu (and crash your game when you try to select them). 4. NPC eyes or hair no longer give them any damage resistance or enchantments (lol). 5. Balanced the armor stats.
INSTALLATION:
1. Download and install the original mod by dragbody. It's hosted on the GUNetwork forum, you won't find it on nexus as dragbody never published his NPC Overhauls here. 2. Install my mod and let it overwrite the original .esp from dragbody's mod.
