Fixes a longstanding issue with Uniques Expanded where the vanilla + dlc perks do not properly apply their effects on the weapons of Unques Expanded.

Description:
Uniques Expanded is a Fantastic mod by cbgreely that adds 17 unique variants for each base weapon in New Vegas that did not receive a unique variants.
However, one issue that sadly plagued the mod was that the Vanilla + DLC perks would not apply their effects on the unique variants added.
Because of this, many of the unique weapons that have been added do not get the benefits of perks like Cowboy for Bighorn Shotgun, or Grunt for Gobi Spec Ops Carbine.
For a long time this issue was left unresolved, until now, thanks to the help of fellow modder Nehred. He created a proper perkformlist script which helps to properly fix the issue with the perks not taking effect on the new weapons.
Installation:
Download Uniques Expanded for the meshes and textures, and then overwrite the main ESP with the modified ESP from my mod.
