A quick-'n'-dirty ESP-less scriptrunner to give the player the Comprehension and Educated perks from the get-go, so you can spend early levelups building the more interesting parts of your character instead of doing the optimal long-term skill point stuff.

Does what it says in the tin, without using an ESP slot. Works on new game or mid-save. Since it's a scriptrunner, it requires xNVSE and JIP LN (56.95 or newer).
Yes, I know this ends up giving you a few more skill points by the end of the game and tips the balance more in the player's favor. Personally, I already reduce my XP gain by 50% with Stewie's Tweaks anyway, so I don't feel bad about opening up my options for early level-ups.
