Is that glossy look from real-time reflections? And without that would it look more matte like the 17th and 18th pics?

I'd reduce the emissive of the eye meshes a bit, as it looks like they are glowing. The reflection might be a bit too strong as well, giving it a bit of a "thousand yard stare". Other than that, this looks quite promising!
