Reduces the maximum winnings and betting limits in The New Bison Steve Hotel and Lucky Casino to more reasonable levels, amongst other things.

Description:
By default, the maximum winnings in Mike Hancho's The New Bison Steve and Lucky Casino is set to 500,000 caps -- more than ten times the total combined winnings from all the casinos on The Strip! In the name of sweet, holy immersion, this patch:
- Reduces the betting limits on blackjack and slot machines to vanilla levels.
- Lowers the maximum winnings to between 20,000 and 50,000 caps.
- (Optionally) Reduces the weekly payments to between 20% and 30% of the original.
- (Optionally) Debuffs or entirely removes the bobbleheads added by the mod.
- The recommended version also stops those annoying message boxes whenever your payment arrives.
This should make the mod gel much better with heavily-modded playthroughs, but it's worth noting that the minimum 20,000 caps winnings limit is still 5000 caps higher than the vanilla Ultra-Luxe. You did co-found the place, after all!
