This mod confused me, I had to reread the description to make sure I understood what it's doing lol. I thought it was saying "You can enter Nipton and the quest will start, and then you can leave and tell the NCR dude about it without talking to Vulpes" lol
Thank you for your kind words, but I'm afraid the mods I make are very simple as I'm still very green with the GECK! I always let my guns do the talking as the Legion are evil incarnate!
As long as you talk to Vulpes first before murdering him, this mod makes sense. They'll find out the Legion attacked Nipton at some point, why make it so you can't if you murder the Legion?

Especially i usually let my guns do the talking for the event at nipton.

Indeed - I personally always kill Vulpes whenever I enter Nipton, to avenge their deaths!
