'Killing Vulpes Inculta Doesn't Fail Cold, Cold Heart' is a mod which stops killing Vulpes Inculta from failing the quest Cold, Cold Heart.
It does this by triggering the quest when Vulpes spawns in Nipton as you are approaching the Town Hall, instead from when you agree to spread news of the legion's actions.

- Legitimate copy of Fallout New Vegas

Installation:
===============
1. Download the mod from it's mod page on Nexus Mods.
2. Unzip the 'Killing Vulpes Inculta Doesn't Fail Cold, Cold Heart' ZIP file with your unpacking software of choice.
3. Place the 'Killing Vulpes Inculta Doesn't Fail Cold, Cold Heart v1.0' into your "Fallout New Vegas > Data" File.
4. When loading up the launcher, make sure that the plugin file is checked.
5. Enjoy!
