   I'm not sure if it's another mod forcibly keeping the chem's affects what they are but I'm not seeing the double chem effect in neither the item description nor the Pip-boy active effects.

      Dear rinabean
      
      By length, I meant duration, which according to the following source:
      

      
      
      • "UMON is an accumulating chance of addiction for chems. See above for a detailed explanation.
        
      • Duration is the length of time required to pass without consuming the drug for the accumulated UMON value to be reduced."
        

      
      Thus the time required to pass to reduce the accumulative addiction chance has been doubled.
