Adds Reinfoced versions of both Wasteland Doctor Uniforms to the shop at New Vegas Medical Clinic akin to the unique merc outfits added by the JSaywer/JSawyer Ultimate mods.

What & Why:
JSaywer's mod adds useful unique versions of each Mercenary Outfit to the game sold at Cliff in Novac and Mick in Freeside, as well as a Reinforced version of the Follower's Lab Coat from Julie should you achieve rank within the Follower's of the Apocalypse. These versions are titled "Merc [Name] Outfit, Reinforced" and add 8 DT compared to their base versions, allowing for more utility in the later game without sacrificing function, protection, and most importantly style.
For comparison, the original outfits vs the Reinforced versions-
Follower's Lab Coat

Merc Charmer Outfit

This mod will add the following armors to the game in the same game-play-friendly vein as those outfits:
Wasteland Doctor Fatigues, Reinforced
DT: 8
Value: 1200
Weight: 2
Wasteland Surgeon Outfit, Reinforced
DT: 8
Value: 1200
Weight: 2
Both of these can be purchased from Dr. Usangi at the New Vegas Medical Clinic as unique versions.
Compatability:
There are versions available for either JSawyer Version (or none) that you use!
( I made this after examining how JSawyerUlt added new armors to vendors, which relies on a unique cell not in Josh's or RoyBatty's version, so technically the main version should work just fine for anyone )

COMPLEX VENDORS - YES, BUT!
If you use this, you'll have to make sure to edit the config to allow Usanagi to sell Armors, as by default with this mod she can only sell Chems etc.

Navigate to the mod folder, Complex Vendors > NVSE > plugins > scripts > gr_complexvendors.txt and change the following line from:
SetServiceFlag DoctorUsanagi 2 0 to
SetServiceFlag DoctorUsanagi 2 1
ANY MODS THAT EDIT NV MEDICAL CLINIC INTERIOR - SHOULD BE GOOD
- All this does is add a container below the floor, so I can't foresee any issues
