Adds an armless version of the ranger combat armor and the Elite Riot Gear (with bracers)

This mod was made more like a proof of concept, I saw someone asking for an armless version of the veteran ranger armor so I decided to make this quick and dirty edit using outfit studio, it probably has some meshing issues around the armpits
also no female version since I'm lazy and I made this mod just to test if it was posible
UPDATE:
added an armless version of the elite riot gear, it comes with bracers
HOW TO GET THE ARMOR
Add them to your inventory with console commands or use an item browser

REQUIREMENTS:
Not really required but I was using Improved Vanilla Male Body while I tested the armor so it might not look right without it
