Unfortunately YUP sometimes creates new content such as textures or abilities that makes it necessary to have it as a Master if I'm patching all my Uniquely Balanced mods for use with it. I went with YUP given its popularity and my own personal use of its edits.
I do recommend you download Yukichigai Unofficial Patch anyway if you haven't, it's pretty useful to have as it adds content to things missing them and fixes many bugs as well.
Ah then probably no unfortunately, simple fact that the esp has YUP as a master which wont work otherwise
One way is to download YUP and then let whatever changes TTW make overwrite it, but I have no idea how possible that is or even if YUP is compatible with TTW at all.
But I just don't know how many clothing sets or items I'll end up touching, so for now I'm just making them as they come. It just makes documenting and making changes a lot easier.
I think I've done most of the Minor Faction ones? At least as far as vanilla is concerned.
But there's just so many items in the game, that I'm just a bit overwhelmed trying to think of ways to better represent the items' identity and balance it accordingly. Eventually I'll have compiled so many of them, that I can probably just put them all into one nice single plugin.

I'm just making tweaks and edits to items I find needing either an extra flair to better represent its identity, or desperately needing a boost.
The Merc set that started all of this is my biggest example, such a redundant set that gets absolutely shadowed by Wasteland clothing of all things!
Any chance you might merge the various UBV mods into a singular pack in the future? It'd save a lot on plugins.
