I went above and beyond to make sure that this doesn't conflict with any other mods, so don't panic. If i missed something or you use a weird ass mod that causes conflicts, let me know and I'll patch it.

Description:
Adds a Legion Frumentarii companion to Cottonwood Cove HQ. Adds 1 quest, 2 locations, 3 unique outfits, 3 unique weapons, 1 faction, 1 new consumable + recipe, and 2 perks. You can change Titus' eye color in the Textures/Eyes folder as well if you want.
- A fully voiced Legion Frumentarii companion
- 1 Frumentarii style quest. Choose to side with the Legion or the NCR (roleplay, baby.)
- 2 new locations
- 3 unique outfits. All with custom textures, stats and names
- 3 unique weapons. All with custom textures, stats and names
- 1 new faction
- 1 new consumable & a recipe for it
- 2 perks; 1 for either path you choose when ending the quest.
How to Recruit him;
The dialogue wont even show up unless you do 2 things;
1) Must have "Accepted" or higher reputation with the Legion
2) You have to side with the legion when completing the quest Titus gives you

Installation
Install with a mod manager like MO2 or manual if you're the gladiator type
Conflicts
I tested this extensively with about 450 mods. In my testing i had only 1 issue and that was 4 dumbass Molerats spawning inside the compound location. I think it might be The Living Desert? Idk. It's not even that big of a deal but if you see 4 ugly Molerats, kill em.
