I experience crash when get around X2, and other area i forgot when playing on OWB. I haven't got any issue before until i get to OWB. I'm using TTW. Removing the mod solve the issue for me. I don't know why it happened
While it is stated this mod is "not compatible" with Strip Regions Light Fix, since some mods I have require to have it (like one of the versions of Better Strip View or its subsequent patch for Lucky 38 Lighs Redone - Full Version) I've made myself a patch, which is loaded last in load order, and makes both mods work at the same time.
Do I get permission to upload it as a patch for this mod? Also, I've made further changes so that patch works with DNW, maybe I could upload that version too. Forwards DNW changes so they are applied to every cell, but retaining region addons.
hey mate love to hear about your progress, what resources of mine are you using that require permissions - if the users are required to download GIR in order to utlize the patch then its only a nice complement and increase accesiablity . also is your patch not load order specific, or have you just attempted to isolate these mods stated for compatability in their current versions?
Hey mate, no assets are being used, its just a patch. Wasn't sure about permissions. As of now, the patch without DNW just takes every cell affected by both GIR and SLRF and combine the regions on them. The DNW patch does the same but mantaining weather changes from that mod (which are not much of them, since those are applied to worldspaces not cells, but there are some like Freeside). In both scenarios (DNW or non-DNW) the patch gotta be loaded after anything editing cells in any manner, or preferably, at the very bottom of load order. Other weather mods would probably require their own patches. Maybe tomorrow I'll make the upload.
EDIT: Just noticed that some mods like Jacobstown Pond Fix would require a patch too
important thing to consider, although you might already - that it is a bit unimmersive but the content you get at the expense of my stuff disappearing in a couple cells might be worthwhile just letting them win unless you can workout patches into it. - aslong as you understand that them disappearing doesnt really do much, its bascially like if a tree just kept poppin in and out. its annoying but it doesnt break the game.
You said on my red rocket page that you are changing the region i used to a sector between camp golf - 188trading post - quarry junction - blackmountain - boulder city - campmcarran, that's great but there is also a red rocket station between the sunset sarspirilla headquarters and the monte carlo suites wich one would be good for that because I tried sector28 and it did not work?
The fragment regions are usally the best shot for loading objects that are similar in nature but varied in location - if you updated your mod to 2.6 then look into fragment regions - but I think you have removed the mod as I cant find it.
