About this mod

Also including Visual Hit Markers!

Requirements
Permissions and credits

This mod is intended to be an improved and more complete version of the already existing mod Postal Dude Player Sound Replacer which in my opinion tends to be far too redundant.

This mod, powered by xNVSE Event Handlers, provides a variety of different Postal Dude voicelines!

- +15 different taunts when you kill one or more people!
- 5 different voicelines during a heavy loss of reputation with a faction!
- +15 different reactions when you get hit depending on the context! (Poison/Crippled limb/Fall damage/Hit)
- Full Postal Catnip & Postal Health Pipes support!
- Visual damage indicators just like in Postal 2!
- And more!

TO DO LIST

- There is still one minor event to cover with this mod : when the Postal Dude steal something; but I can't do anything since there is no proper xNVSE event handler for that (yet)! [DONE IN UPDATE 0.002]

CHANGELOG

0.002
- Added 3 voicelines when a combat is starting
- Added 5 more voicelines when the Dude kills someone
- Decreased the probability of being taunted by the Dude (add also one more voiceline)
- Fixed an oversight where the Dude reacted to Wild Wasteland events without even having the perk
- Added 5 more voicelines about pissing! (Postal PISS compatibility)
- Added 4 voicelines when the Dude is stealing something (The mod requires PostalOut NVSE Plugin from now on)
- Took the opportunity to replace the Pip-Boy's background noise with a discreet Map Muzak theme

0.003
- Fixed, for once and for all, a small bug where the Postal Dude says two things at the same time if he steals a aid item
- Added 4 voice lines when using the Warhead Parry perk! (Postal KICK compatibility)
- Added 1 extra voice line when the Dude is poisoned
- Added 2 voice lines when the Dude is hungry in Hardcore mode

0.003 EXTENDED v2 - By Vegassss

- Changed some voicelines to be more fitting and less repetitive (introducing some rare/unused Apocalypse Weekend ones)
- The odds of voicelines playing after killing an enemy have been slightly reduced to avoid overlapping/repetitiveness
- Hunger voicelines are easier to trigger thanks to lowered thresholds
