This mod was partially inspired by Nipton Fires Extinguished by qwerty, although the scripts that implement the effects of the mod are my own.

The fires in Nipton disappear after a day. The bodies and whatnot disappear after a week.
There is an optional file to have everything disappear immediately.
In the screenshots you may notice the front door and windows in the town hall better match the exterior. This is not part of this mod and is thanks to Y.U.P.
