- Now requires xNVSE
- Barter skill changed to new skill called Inventions (new icon) because there is no place for Barter in Dust. Trading formula in case you'd find traders has been redone - for now it should be 2x to base walue on buying, 0.3x on selling.
- For now, Inventions governs three new perks with two new icons:
- Comfortable boots (Inv 45, END 6) - lets you use Fast Travel
- Self-taught Power (INT 7, Inv 75, Science 40) - lets you use power armors
- Power fitting (Self-taught Power, Inv 90, Science 50) - lets you upgrade all t-45d and t-51b (including NCR one) on a workbench. Every upgraded armor has it's own benefits, although balanced.
- Fast travel disabling has been redone. Before it was a global setting and every mod that changed cells (like player houses) would allow you to use fast travel again. Now it's a script setting so you can install any player houses you want and any mods that change locations. You will be allowed to use fast travel when you gain Comfortable boots perk - and only then.
- Some perks with disadvantages I've missed before were changed (Hi, +10% to torso and -10% to anything else!). Although not all of them because of balance.
- Gas bomb weight has been reduced to 1.5 instead of 5.
- Reverted base weight back to 20.
