This is a really cool mod that looks really well made, kudos.
My only suggestion is that Luck of the Draw seems a bit strong for the guns/level requirement. I think something like Guns 70/Level 15 might be more appropriate.
Then again my playthrough is heavily NVB oriented, so I might have a particularly strong opinion on revolvers being good to begin with
Yeah I can see it being quite strong in NVB especially if you're using realistic damage mods, but I think for the most part it's not necessarily any stronger than vanilla perks. Cowboy for example has lower requirements, also works with some shotguns, rifles and melee weapons, and gives a flat 25% damage at all times making it much more useful in longer fights and when you're fighting more than one enemy.

Yea I already edited the values for personal use, but I do that for most of my mods anyway. I only suggested it for balance input.
I guess another way of phrasing it would be that I think that's the only perk I would change at all, and each perk is fairly creative and pretty balanced, as that's the only possible criticism I have. These are the kind of perk mods I wish we saw more of, it's just generally quality.
Does the deadly Precision perk work with bolt action and lever action rifles or just to service rifles? I'm assuming it does but I just want to make sure.
im trying to make a perk mod but i dont know how code. i was wondering if you could share the script you used make the perk Defiance, geck crashes whenever i try to open your mod. Dont worry i wont copy you im just going to use it as a template and add my own affect when hit. also im using your mod, its really good and unique
Use xEdit - its latest versions not only allow to copy the scripts, but also edit them and save.
Here is an instruction how to make its Fallout New Vegas executable:

Download and extract it into xEdit folder (create it beforehand). Copy xFOEdit64.exe if you use 64-bit system (otherwise copy xFOEdit.exe) and rename it into FNVEdit.exe. You are ready to go: run it and load the desired plugin(s) you wish to copy/edit/merge/save etc. In order to make an FNV Quick Auto Clean executable copy the same *.exe you renamed previously and rename it into FNVEditQuickAutoClean.exe.
Excellent, simple, vanilla-friendly perk concepts. I religiously stick to the intended 2 levels 1 perk in my game, but this mod actually might sway me towards 1 perk every level.
Nice perk collection, I like some of them and would love to use them in my current playthrough, downloading... Btw, why the "l" letter is omitted in "Perkahoic" main screenshot?
