Rebalances Food, Drink and Chems to make the game more challenging.

I rebalanced most ingestibles in the game. Expect lots of addiction and radiation in your path.

This mod is intended for Hardcore players. I also recommend JSawyer Ultimate Edition.

I'm very open to criticism. Please feel free to suggest your own ideas.

Most notable changes:

-All Chems now have weight to them.
-All Chems had their addiction chance increased.
-Some Chems can now increase your Dehydration(Some just for flavor, but others can damage it significantly).
-All medical services are now 5 times more expensive. Pretty much includes Expensive Doctors.
-Food and Drink items now give you 5 times as much Radiation as before. RAD - Radiation (is) Actually Dangerous - Overhaul is recommended.
-Some recipes are changed.
-All Purified Sinks, Toilets, Urinals and Water Fountains now give you 4 Radiation per second.

[Food and Drink]
-Sunset Sarsaparilla and Nuka-Cola now drop their empty bottles.
-Empty Bottles had their weight cut in half.
-Pork & Beans drop Tin Cans.

===== Black Coffee =====
-Coffee Mugs had their weight lowered from 1 to 0.5.
-Black Coffee now has a 5% Addiction chance, lowering Intelligence and Charisma by 1.
-Black Coffee gives more healing and Hardcore benefits.

Black Coffee:
Healing: 5 > 1 for 10 seconds
Sleep Deprivation: -20 > -50
Dehydration: -5 > -10
Starvation: -2 > -5

===== Drink Enhancer =====
-Restores the Food Sanitizer in my own way. Now it benefits drinks instead of food.
-You can acquire it from Horowitz after saving him from Vault 34 as it was originally intended. This was removed in a patch.
-Like the Food Sanitizer, the Drink Enhancer makes your healing drink items last 20% longer.

-Nuka Colas
-Sunset Sarsaparillas
-Dirty/Purified Water
-Bitter Drinks

-JSawyer normally disables the Nuka-Cola Quantum from being craftable, even with Nuka Chemist. I have made it craftable while the Drink Enhancer is in your inventory.

===== Nuka Cola Overhaul =====
-Nuka Chemist is now a Level 12 perk and only requires 60 Science.
-Homebrewed Nuka-Cola recipes now create a unique variant. They offer no Radiation and restore twice as much health and sleep deprivation.
-Added Nuka Wild.

Nuka-Wild:
Twice as much healing as standard Nuka-Cola.
+5% Damage Resistance.
Value: 40
-Rarely carried by vendors who sell drinks.

===== Sunset Sarsaparilla Moon =====
-Added a rare variant of Sunset Sarsaparilla. Why does only Nuka-Cola have other flavors?

Sunset Sarsaparilla Moon:
Restores 1 HP for 8 minutes.
Restores 50 Dehydration.
-There's a catch. You can only benefit from its healing from 8pm to 5am. It can be used at any time between that, but its effect will always disappear at 5am for some reason. I wonder why?

-All Sunset Sarsaparilla Vending Machines have a 10% chance to carry one.
-Vendors will rarely have it for sale.
-Added a recipe to create it.

===== Steaks =====
-Steak recipes are now based off of the pre-patch Brahmin Steak recipe. They all use different alcohol to give them more
usefulness.

Bighorner Steak:
Old: 1 Bighorner Meat = 1 Bighorner Steak
New: 2 Bighorner Meat + Scotch = 2 Bighorner Steaks

Brahmin Steak:
-The old Brahmin Steak recipe is brought back.
Old: 1 Brahmin Meat = 1 Brahmin Steak
New: 2 Brahmin Meat + Wine = 2 Brahmin Steaks

Gecko Steak:
Old: Gecko Meat = Gecko Steak
New: 2 Gecko Meat + Beer = 2 Gecko Steaks

-Dog and Coyote Steaks are left alone since they're less common, have lower
healing rates and have higher Survival Skill requirements.

Pre-patch: 30 Dirty Water + 3 Surgical Tubing + 3 Glass Pitchers + 1 Pressure Cooker + 1 RadAway = 30 Purified Water
New: 10 Dirty Water + Water Purifier + 1 RadAway = 10 Purified Water

===== Water Overhaul =====
-All Sinks, Toilets, Urinals and Water Fountains that gave no Radiation, now give a small amount. Specifically, there are different levels of water source Radiation in the vanilla game:
[Purified > Good > Average > Bad > Terrible] or [0 > 4 > 6 > 10 > 20]. All of these sources have been moved up to Good Water. All of these water sources that gave no Radiation before, now give 4 Radiation per second.

Mass Purified Water:
-Restores the old Mass Purified Water recipe in a different way.

Water Purifier recipe: 3 Surgical Tubing + 3 Glass Pitchers + 1 Pressure Cooker
-The Water Purifier is returned to you, but you need to supply a new RadAway.

[Stimpacks]
-Stimpacks now increase your Dehydration.
