My inspiration for this mod was the sentence in the ending sequence when Caesar is entering the Strip:

"The Legion occupied all major locations, enslaving much of the population and peacefully lording over the rest. Under the Legion's
banner, civilization - unforgiving as it was - finally came to the Mojave Wasteland."

In my opionion the Legion Ending of FPGE is too harsh. Dead bodies laying around in the Strip, crucified civilians, all casinos closed, only slaves. In my eyes nothing that anyone could call 'civilisation' nor 'stability'. This mod isn't a try to turn Caesar's Legion into good guys, it's just another idea how the things could come if Caesar wins the battle of the Hoover Dam.

So my thought was to turn the New Vegas strip into a dignified Rome for the Legion! The motto: Panem et circenses. So I was doing some changes to the ending of FPGE when Caesar is alive (IMPORTANT: All this isn't working with the Legate Lanius ending!):

- cleaner strip, no palms burned
- no corpses laying around - it's looking more "civile"
- only NCR Troopers crucified instead of innocent gamblers and travellers
- all Casinos are working normal - restored all dealers, gamblers and travellers - including The Tops
- no enslaved people sitting around - Caesar only recruited soldiers or killed the weak
- The Strip more alived with Legion-Civilists

So New Vegas under the Legion's dominion turned into a civilized place where civilists can live kind of a normal life while soldiers have to serve Caesar and protect the Empire. In this version the Legion actually is lording the population peacefully and produce stability also with Casinos, Prostitution, Theatres and Party Locations beside of military stuff and brutality.

Not because they're are turned into the good guys, no. Just to hold and increase power - like the ancient Roman Emperors did with Amphitheatres, Bath houses and a lot of whine. Stability - bought with bloodbaths, cruelty and war crimes. Was it worth it?
