Adds a unique icon for the meltdown effect added by Meltdown NVSE Upgrade by miguick.

Meltdown NVSE Upgrade is a mod that heavily modifies the Meltdown perk while keeping it as close to the original function as possible. In my experience, I've found it makes energy-weapon crit builds WAY more fun. The only thing that really bothered me was the icon, or lack thereof, for the "rampage" message, as it uses the vanilla meltdown perk icon.
This mod simply gives this mod a unique icon, in the style of Consistent Pip-Boy Icons, which, while not technically required, is highly recommended. I also recommend Consistent Glow Icons (Shadow Version) to go with it, as Consistent Pip-Boy Icons doesn't do it by default.
