Will this also make NPCs do guaranteed crits on each other? just asking since it would make the Geckos kill the Goodsprings woman straight away, ruining my peaceful good guy playthrough.
No, I don't think it works that way. The entry point "Modify Enemy Critical Hit Chance" only seems to apply to attacks which hit the player. In order to make NPCs always crit each other, you would have to SetAV their CritChance to 100 manually.
Thanks, that's good news, once I have my game behaving since I need to clean it up, uninstall, re-install and set up Star The Wandering Courier, this would be a fun challenge.
Been having a lot of fun playing with this. Only suggestion I have is some way to disable the critical hit notification as it's kinda annoying with this mod.
