   Hi, just tried adding this mod and something really odd is happening.  I have all the required DLC's listed in the requirements, but when I download the file Vortex is telling me that master files are missing.  The stranger thing is the files they list are for Fallout 3 not New Vegas.

   This doest work for wasteland start. i have it low last in my load order and still only start with 5 points. :(

   I like this one because with the new TTW version I have to start a new game and all the progress from my last save will be gone, so I want to rush to the level I was in as fast as possible, sadly I still have to complete the wasteland survival guide quest that I've done like a hundred times already :D
