   I can't find the armor. where exactly is it?

      Chinese stealth armor can be found on the office level of Hoover dam, They are located in a storage room with some radioactive barrels, in a wooden crate to the left as you enter the room. Hope this helps

      thanks. I found it. mod works fine until you start a DLC.. then armor stealth field doesn't appear anymore when sneaking :/

      Where is the Stealth Suit upgrade tape, I'm not sure where it is based on the picture?
