Been so long since I played Fallout NV so I have long forgot about any of that, just recently i've been installing mods for my first TTW playthrough, so thanks for the answer!

But to answer your question, that mod seems to only change FO3 dialogue, so no.
Also thanks, I'll try to learn to use FNVEdit and also I really need to stop adding mods lmao the plugin is over 200 right now.

Or maybe it was a balance thing, I remember Dog would kill every Ghost in like 2 hits so that was probably why I didn't add it.
