Patch that enables usage of Expired Stimpak and Homemade Stimpak (JSawyer mod) via 'Use Aid Item' action (JIP Companions Command and Control). Also corrected amount of healing in accordance with JSawyer's mod.

Priority list (provided you have the item in inventory, obviously):
Under 60% HP:Super Stimpak -> Stimpak -> Homemade Stimpak -> Expired Stimpak 85% & above HP: Expired Stimpak -> Homemade Stimpak -> Stimpak -> Super Stimpak General order: Stimpak -> Super Stimpak -> Homemade Stimpak -> Expired Stimpak
In other words, that means preferred Stimpak will be the strongest if you are going low, yet you won't waste a Super Stimpak to heal measly 20 HP while hoarding Expired. Also won't use Super Stimpak if it's gonna heal more HP(based on medicine level) than is currently lost - just like it works in JIPCCC already.
==Optional/Alternative Files== I. Additionally allows for ED-E(and probably any other Creature(non-human) companion) to be healed just like any other - after all, EDE-E does already use Stimpaks in combat automatically. II. Additionally makes Robot companions use Scrap Metal instead of Stimpaks & Doctor Bags via 'Use Aid Item' command and use Repair skill instead of Medicine skill for that. USE ONLY ONE FILE.
