So I manually went through every misc item in FNVEdit to see what was missing, and here's what I came up with:

Note that if these were to be used, Honest Hearts and Old World Blues would become requirements. Also, I might be wrong and have included some that actually have an icon or omitted some items that don't have icons, since I based this solely on the misc items tab and the texture assigning script.
I certainly appreciate the input. I think at one point I was planning to fill the gaps myself (somehow), but Jesus H. Christ already did all the work in his own mod and applied the script to boot. I'm mainly only leaving this reupload up for anyone who prefers vanilla texture sizes (for whatever reason) or simply doesn't want to use Vanilla UI Plus (for whatever reason).
Oh, so it's no longer just a flat compatibility patch in your installer? You actually apply the icons themselves now? I had no idea, but I certainly should've figured you would've gotten on that in my absence. I'll leave my mod up (for whatever edge cases might remain), but I'll provide a disclaimer that your mod supersedes this.
