Stops The Frontier opening quest "In The Army Now" from activating automatically by deleting the Welcome message, Private John, and the Suspicious Courier.

To start The Frontier you must speak to Lt. Gray in the Frontier NCR Makeshift Camp.

I hate having quests start automatically. I made this quest Delay mod so that I can start The Frontier when I am ready. I figure there are others out there who also want to delay the start of The Frontier so I uploaded this to the Nexus.
