THIS IS A CLOTHING MOD FOR THE FRONTIER 

I've been playing Fallout New Vegas and its various mods for 10 years, and I got sick of vanilla clothing. I use Sneaky Pete's  Sexy Clothes, Sneaky Pete's MORE Sexy Clothes, and Sneaky Pete's Classy Clothes (Blatant Plug!). I brought my wardrobe with me to The Frontier. My fashion conscious character wants NCR Exiles Disguises that will match his/her wardrobe.

When disguised, you can do most NCR Exiles quests and side quests even if you belong to another faction

Sneaky NCR Exiles Disguise Beret (1st Recon Beret)
Sneaky NCR Exiles Disguise Bonnet (Pre-War Bonnet)
Sneaky NCR Exiles Disguise Necklace (Necklaces made By Exeter See Credits)

WARNING!
Picking Up Any Of These Disguises Will Start the "Do You Hear What I Hear" Quest.
If you are not ready for the quest at this time or belong to another faction open the console and type:
resetquest XX75DF4F (Replace the XX with the load order number of The Frontier)
The quest will reset and you will be able to activate it by talking to Clemens at the proper time.

All items are in a first aid box positioned on the wall of Doc Mitchell's house near the entrance.
If you are already in The Frontier open the console and type:
player.placeatme XX000806 (Replace the XX with the load order number of Sneaky Pete's Frontier NCR Exiles Disguises)
The first aid box will be appear at your feet. To get rid of the box, open the console and click on the first aid box, then type:
Disable

There are 2 ESP files:
Sneaky NCR Exiles Disguises Q.esp (Disguises are quest items and WILL NOT be removed from inventory if you lose your stuff.)
Sneaky NCR Exiles Disguises NQ.esp (Disguises are non-quest items and can be removed from your inventory.)
ONLY ACTIVATE 1 ESP!!!
