More accurate coordinates. The transition between Regions will be smoother.
The mod now use unused Regions from the main game, it means a mod can add to the Region (e.g my Lucky 38 Lights Redone mod) without needing my mod as a master. I also made sure no other mods like TTW use those Regions.
Enabled Override on the Regions. I don't need to edit existing Regions anymore, offering more compatibilty. Exemple Better Strip View, Brightweight Strip Overhaul and Animated Mojave no longer need patches.
REMINDER: Make sure to place the mod at the bottom of your load order, just above your weather mod if you have one. And check for conflicts with FNVEdit everytime you install a mod.

Tweaked the regions dimensions. There were still cases where the lights disappear.
