I just put the previous version out of 'Archived' files so you can download it if you want now

edit : I also just put back the 'Harder Challenge' file where Grognak Spirit bonus is not as high as it is in the regular older version.

The traits used to work as follow :
      - Refined Barbarian (renamed to Tribal Disdain) : 30% slower Melee Weapons, but they deal +30% damage
      - Grognak Spirit : Guns/Energy weapons deal 80% less damage, but Melee and Unarmed deal 40% more (25% in the 'Harder Challenge' version)

I noticed that 30% slower Melee Weapons was too slow for some massive weapons such as the 'Bumper Sword', so the new version has the slow set to 25% instead.
Then I also got annoyed at how redundant these % bonus damage were, especially with 'Heavy Handed' trait already existing in the game, so I decided to make more unique effects instead

Hello, it is a bit confusing to have both I agree, you can simply open the .esp downloaded from this page with the geck (set it as the active file), go into the perk list and delete the 'RefinedBarbarian' trait that you'll find there. If you have a problem to achieve this process just tell me where you're stuck

Unfortunately, the Grognak Spirit trait is kind of an overall debuff. Since attacks are 30% stronger but only 70% as frequent, you actually do only 91% of your original DPS.

You mean the Refined Barbarian trait ? When I posted it about a week ago as a separated file, someone tested it, and in the posts he said that he didn't see much difference for killing its target (about 7 seconds with or without this trait). I guess you could say the melee weapons with this trait are better for piercing through armor since the base damage is higher

With how DT and DR work in this game, you're better off with higher base damage and less DPS.
