About this mod
Simple Preset to add some blue back into the sky + a touch of bloom whilst retaining the games original washed out aesthetic. Based off the weather mod 'Altitude' and the 'Simple Interior Lighting Overhaul' both a part of the Viva New Vegas mod guide.

My load order is based off the excellent Viva New Vegas mod guide and as quoted 'Fallout New Vegas is a ten year old game, and it looked dated even by 2010 standards. You will never be able to make the game look "good".
With that in mind this preset changes very little as I find adding heaps of effects and ambient occlusion etc is like putting lipstick on a bulldog.
Preset includes default FXAA & SMAA alongside colour correction, some contrast adjustment a touch of bloom and a subtle vignette effect. Should run well even on older systems/laptops, if struggling for performance turn off both AA options and if all else fails turn off the Bloom setting.
I assume that everybody knows what they're doing by now but just in case instructions below
Installation
Install ReShade IMPORTANT - when installing ReShade you'll be asked to select which effect packages to install, you need 'SweetFX by CeeJay.dk' and 'Color effects by prod80' If you dont install these the preset wont work properly
Once ReShade is installed drop the ReShade Vanilla Plus.ini into the Fallout New Vegas folder
Once in-game press the home key to open the reshade interface, click the drop down menu at the top and find ReShade Vanilla Plus.ini and select it.
Tick the performance mode box at the bottom of the Reshade UI as well and you should be done
Uninstall
Delete ReShade Vanilla Plus.ini and to remove ReShade entirely use this tool
