Special thanks to siamatti for giving me permission to use his  Sarsaparilla Vending Machine Clean textures in this mod,
and to PushTheWinButton for JSawyer Ultimate, among many other wonderful mods.
Using this alongside any mod that modifies the Sink's layout and/or its furniture may cause problems, so don't.
Or do.
but backup your save... and don't cry later.

Summary:
You'll find much more storage, a Holo-Vending machine, a functional range and coffee brewer, a kitchen, a bathroom, a radio, a Coyote Tobacco Planter, Snow Globe display, displays for unique DLC items/weapons, and expands the bedroom. Most old/rusty/dirty containers, tables, etc. were replaced with cleaner variants. The displays are controlled via a terminal in the bedroom. The vending machine now turns Nuka Colas into Ice-Cold. For more details, check out the image. The Cozy Sink version has a couple more features (including much more OCD). More details are below and remember to check out the images.

Some of the main additions and changes:
  • Storage: More containers with the workbench and reloading bench, 4 more footlockers in the bedroom, cabinets/counters in the kitchen, and a footlocker in the Botanics room. Some are named too.
  • Displays: 4 dedicated shelves, each to one of the 4 main DLCs. Additionally, Some of the DLC's unique weapons can be displayed on the adjacent wall too. Non-DLC Snow Globes are displayed as soon as they are displayed in the Lucky 38 too, while DLC ones must be displayed via the terminal. Inventory items are retrieved from you when displayed (while keeping condition and weapon mods where applicable), while non-inventory items can be displayed as soon as the respective quest/DLC is completed. Everything can be displayed and removed at any time.
  • Holo-Vending Machine: Initially damaged, must be repaired. You can obtain the parts by salvaging a destroyed one located over at the Y-0 Research Center.
  • Crafting Stations: The range in the kitchen is a campfire crafting station, while the coffee brewer allows you to make coffee without kettles.
  • Kitchen and Bathroom: The kitchen has counters/cabinets, a range, a table with chairs, a fridge, and a trash can. The bathroom is accessible through the bedroom. Both are better represented in their images.
  • Functional Nuka-Cola & Sunset SS Vending Machines: In both versions, the Nuka-Cola Vending Machine can turn regular Nuka-Cola into Ice-Cold versions. In the Cozy Sink version, the Sunset SS Vending Machine can also turn regular Sunset SS into JSUE's Ice-Cold Sunset SS.
  • Crafting from containers: You can toggle off this feature using the book in the kitchen. Every crafting station has dedicated containers to sort items into and to pull items from when crafting from them. The reloading bench and the range have predetermined lists of items to be sorted into their containers (powder, cases, primers, ammo of vanilla calibers, vanilla pre-war food, etc.), while the workbench containers don't sort anything at all at first, and the kitchen has one "free" footlocker that doesn't sort anything either. To automatically sort items into those (and/or new items into any other containers), you need to use each crafting station's "manifest".
For example, if you want scrap metal to be sorted into a container of the workbench, put at least one scrap metal into said container, then use the manifest. Any scrap metal in your inventory will be sorted into that container after that. This works with any item (mod added or otherwise) that is not being sorted by default. If one item is in the list of two or more containers, it will only get sorted into one of them when you're done crafting (the first that appears in the script).

Requirements:
All 4 major DLCs and the JIP LN NVSE Plugin are required
Additionally, JSawyer Ultimate is required for the ePath's Cozy Sink.

Compatibility:
This mod changes the Sink's layout and several objects were moved, disabled, or replaced. Only the room with the tanks for your body parts remains untouched, so mods that put containers or whatever in there could be worth a try (under your own risk, and loading this mod after that one), but better just do not use it alongside any other mod that modifies the Sink.

Some of my other mods:
ACE - Ammunition and Crafting Expanded. Gives crafting and breakdown recipes to all of the ammo in the game, optionally, it implements new ammo variants, recipes for explosives, ammo effects rebalance, more crafting ingredients, and more.
Novac Bungalow - Upgradeable Player HomeCozy and practical.
Hardcore Customization INIProvides several ini configuration options for hardcore aspects of the game.
SIG P226 Pistol. Implements a new pistol to the game, and optionally a new ammo caliber.
