Mr Incinerator update! Update your ini, there's a new version. I've separated it's download from the main one, so that I'm not overwriting people's selections. Also increased the level that stronger creatures appear at, and removed tougher robots from the EncGutsy list.

Changed versioning to simple ini choices for which creatures you want. Also added some lists in DC that I missed in the TTW version.

Fixed issue with creatures not being added after the first load of the plugin. Also unintegrated the deranged sentry enforcers, since their texture was really bright for some reason.

Improved death items, added to more lists, added TTW specific versions, changed a bunch of voices to DC robots, adjusted balancing values a little.
