I really love the look of this set, Though I would really love if there was an option for the boots to be black instead of brown. Also, maybe give it an option to build reinforced versions out of the reinforced leather armor set so that it can hold up until late game.

I like the look of this mod. Though, could you please do a faction replacer for The King's with them all wearing Aviator's Leather Jacket's (if possible, could you make this version with a brown jacket/brown shoes, but with dark blue jeans) and Authority Glasses? That'd be pretty cool.

I've added an optional file, Aviator Kings.  I didn't change all the outfits, only the more authoritative Kings outfit.  Let me know how it works for you.

Edit:  I've now added Aviator Kings 2.0, which does change all outfits.  Both files are available as optional files, and their installation is completely reversible.

I had another thought about improving the looks of the wasteland, if you're interested. I believe another good replacer mod could also be for the fiends, khans, powder gangers and few other smaller lesser known raider gangs in general. I believe that at this point in FNV, these enemies should at least have an option for better armor, so that they could put up some sort of fight (many modded creatures, let alone modded supermutants themselves, pretty much destroy all raiders/gangs given any random conflict)- so basically, a fully armored replacer making them all wear only Combat Armor Reinforced MK2 and Helmet, would not only provide more of a challenge, but make for better NPCvsNPC fights in the open. In addition to all of this, it always bothered me as well that there wasn't a Merc group in the wastes like with Talon Company in F3, but with this armor, these groups would look pretty close. While not exactly that lore-friendly with these gangs (though not impossible), the idea is mainly to give them at least an option to have a sturdy defense, which I believe these groups and even mods for these factions so far, are equally highly lacking for FNV.

Hmm.  This seems overwhelming to me.  Criminal gangs equipped with reinforced combat armor would be more than a match for anybody other than NCR black-armor rangers and power-armored Brotherhood, and would vastly outnumber even them.  Ordinary NCR troopers and anybody in the Legion would be toast; especially since many of the Fiends have energy weapons.
It would also make rather too many npcs visually identical.  At that point, the criminal gangs start looking less like junkies and cheap hoods and more like an organized invading Mafia force.  Which would be an interesting game; but would require drastic changes.  (For a start, the Hoover Dam battle becomes almost pointless unless it's rebuilt to include the gangs.  Doesn't really matter who takes the dam; the criminals outnumber them anyway, and are better armed.)

It's actually quite simple, really. It is true, the gangs would look similar, but I also imagine it would be easier than adding a bunch of different gang armors at once (that also looked appealing and were actually good), and frankly, I'm not much of a fan of any current FNV modded gang's outfits (or while even if lore-friendly, any weak gang outfits that also looked like they were taken out of a dumpster, lol), with exception of those for the more main factions of the Mojave. Well, though, like I said, this idea is more of an option to reinforce the gangs in the Mojave for the sake of well-geared enemies, not act as any sort of lore-friendly mod. I mean, as an optional download, this would be basically in assuming people have already modded their factions and various mutated creatures of the wastes, or want a real challenge for their own sake and not for the sake of any allied factions. The gangs wouldn't exactly look like a mafia, but various heavily geared groups of mercs, which I think many would appreciate considering (had they played and like F3), would look like a sort of FNV take on Black Talon mercs, well, with various groups of them shooting at each other and not just the player this time around (lol). The wastes weren't meant to be easy though, it should be an uphill battle for NCR and Legion, alike, imo.

I've now added two more versions:  one based on the Kings outfit but without the crown logo, and a second combining that jacket with the Memphis Kid outfit.

Is there any way to remove the collars? In favor of just the t-shirt under the jacket?

Version 1.1 now includes a T-shirt option, and more denim trousers.  Thank you for the suggestion!
