LEATHER JACKETS readme

The "Leather Jackets" mod adds leather jackets based on the Tunnel Snake and Kings outfits, which are included in FNV files. This is a modder's resource.

Basic outfits included: a brown leather jacket, a black leather jacket, and an aviator's fleece-lined jacket. All can be crafted and repaired using leather armor.
Version 1.1: adds outfits with denim trousers, and outfits with T-shirts.
Version 1.2: adds two versions of the Kings outfits. "Uncrowned Kings" removes the crown logo, and "Memphis Kings" combines the jacket with the Memphis Kid outfit.

You will find the files in the GECK coded "aaaArmorLeatherJacket" and "aaaRecipeLeatherJacket". Texture files and .nif model files are added to the Data folder: their locations are Data>textures>armor>Leather_Jackets and Data>meshes>Armor>Leather_Jackets

INSTALLATION:
Copy the Leather_Jackets.esp file and the meshes and textures folders to your FNV Data folder. All material is in new "Leather_Jackets" folders, so nothing will be overwritten.

UNINSTALLING:
Delete the Leather_Jackets file and folders.

The Readius requires the New Vegas Script Extender, which can be found here:

If you intend to play a new game in Hardcore mode, don't activate the Readius mod until after you've left Doc Mitchell's house. If it's activated from the beginning, it interferes with choosing Hardcore. Readius Options are in the Aids menu of your inventory; if you decide to deactivate the Readius, be sure to use the Uninstall Mod option first or the Pipboy will not be restored.
