I just want to if it's safe to use with Dust Expansion Project? Will it make the game unnecessarily difficult? I use it on a modded vanilla playthrough but for Dust, it's something else. I just want some little recommendation about it.
One service warning though, the mod "Just Mods" (which I 150% recommend) includes an optional hit indicator. When used with RAD, when your health is at the level that it is being reduced by radiation, Just Mods interprets that as effectively fall damage, and this leads to a constant HUD-colored reticle above your head.
Just go to Just Mod's hit indicator MCM and turn the fall damage option off, I never noticed it until I downloaded rad XD You will still have indicators for actual damage, including from your own explosives
Ran into a weird bug with this mod (and possibly TTW) that I am trying to diagnose. I got 600 RADs for the Megaton quest for Moira, and after she healed my rads, sleeping wouldn't heal my missing health. If I heal manually with stimpaks, then injure myself and sleep, I heal right up, so I know its not that sleep healing is disabled in the game.
Any ideas what might be causing this?
EDIT: It seems like this was specific to Moira curing my RADs. When I tested irradiating myself and curing it with RadAway, sleep healed the lost HP just fine.
Hey, I fixed it lol. I also have "Sweet Healing Systems" which I didn't knew that has a radiation reduction feature, just disable it from the ini file.
I'm trying to use this mod with the "No HUD only action string" mod https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/36650, but the red bars of the AP and HP won't hide when I set the hud opacity to 0 in the game settings? Would be cool if I could get help to make some slight edits to the xml, or if there was a patch thanks for the mod!

Set to "Nothing" and the indicator goes away.
And while I'm here KrazzyKlown, Thank you so much, I have greatly loved this mod and have endorsed!

When I use this mod, I notice my rad count slowly decreases over time. Is that intended behaviour?
Wasn’t happening before installing this mod today. Going from Tenpenny Tower to Big Town, with fights on the way, my rads dropped from about 57 to 22.
