Adds a speed curve when you start walking/strafing like in most other games. This should make it easier to pick up items while strafing. There's an optional toggle to apply this effect to NPCs in the MCM. This will fix the issue where your enemies juke you out so hard that they break their neck.

What this mod does:
Fixes the jank movement seen on 1:10
Making Custom Presets:
Presets are ini's that can be modified and added to the "Config\Walking_Inertia_Presets" folder. You can have as many as the MCM will support, and they're a good way of saving, and sharing your settings without having to overwrite your existing ones.
Any setting missing from your custom preset ini will be skipped when your preset is selected. So, if you wanted your preset to only change "Ramp Up Speed", and "Starting Speed" your preset's ini would look like this:
Once you're done, just save your ini to "Config\Walking_Inertia_Presets" in your games data folder, or inside a mods folder if you're using mod organizer. It will be added to the MCM next time you load your game.
Feel free to post any Presets you made in the comments.
Notes:
-If you're using a controller, make sure to uncheck "Stopping Inertia" in the MCM, or leave it on if you hate yourself.
-If this mod makes you motion sick, uncheck Stopping Inertia or tweaking the advanced settings in the MCM.
-Effects NPCs was removed from the MCM, but you can still enable it though the ini. Though it isn't recommended as it's currently bugged.
Uninstalling:
If you want to uninstall mid playthrough you have to check the Uninstall button in the MCM and save.
