I've made a patch that disables every TTW 3.3.2 Pony Express Dropbox, so you only have this one's Capital Express Dropbox for use available.
I did not like the places chosen for Pony Express, neither the name decision for those. I can provide the .esp so you can add it as a Pony disable patch.
This is good in concept but in practicality what goes on on the East Coast is detached from what goes on on the West Coast unless they create Fallout: New Republic of Texas, to tide us by until the East Coast Brotherhood reforms the US.
I imagine this is redundant if you're using TTW Interiors Mojave Express Boxes mod. But it's good to have this in case someone isn't (or can't) using Interiors.
It functions exactly the same as the Mojave Express boxes from New Vegas, so there is no charge. It could be implemented but I figured it would be better to keep it consistent across both games.
